Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email tete.support@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen in the app, tap "Forgot password" and follow the email link to set a new one.

Does tete work offline?

Yes. You can log sessions without a connection — they are queued on your device and synced automatically when you are back online.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Your matches, notes, and photos are visible only to you, protected per user with row-level security. tete has no feed, no followers, and never sells or shares your data.

Which languages does tete support?

English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), French, Spanish, German, and Portuguese.
